During our initial meeting, we simply have a conversation to get to know you and assess your individual needs. While most people do not look forward to discussing these topics, we work hard to make the discussions a positive experience, and not scary or morbid.

Our estate plan is individually customized to you. Our detailed plans convey your wishes to your loved ones before and after your passing. They assure that your medical and financial needs are handled according to your directives and, upon your death, assure that assets such as your home, savings and retirement accounts, and life insurance proceeds are distributed as you desire.

Our priority is to make sure you are comfortable with your final estate plan and fully aware of any issues that could arise.

Meeting Options

We currently offer the following appointment types:

Design and planning meetings for clients ready to work on or update an estate plan - this meeting can be in-person at our office, over Zoom or as a phone call.
Review Phone Calls for Past Clients who may need updates or changes.
Trust and Estate Administration (Probate) Meetings if a loved one has passed away and you need help - these can be in-person or over Zoom.
Complimentary 15 Minute Phone Call to Get to Know our Firm - perfect if you are are shopping around and not quite ready to design your estate plan with us.

Please note:

Every member of our team is committed to providing the same personalized attention and trusted estate-planning guidance our clients have come to expect from our founder, Scott Keifer. Scott has limited availability to meet with clients, therefore it is best to call the office to schedule a meeting that includes Scott.

Appointments can be completed remotely over the phone or Zoom and document signings can be completed from your car in our parking lot. We are happy to accommodate our clients' unique needs.
